American Family HHA gives you the option to monitor your loved one’s care online.

How Does It Work?
Once you receive an emailed invitation giving you access to our online Care Management portal, you will be able to do the following:
a. Keep live track of caregiver status updates
b. Coordinate and schedule events with other family members
c. View your invoices online
Convenience and Peace of Mind
When family members live far apart, the portal can keep families informed and confident in the services they receive.
Care Plans and Shift Notes
When the caregiver clocks out, completed tasks and voice notes are updated. These updates are sent to the care coordinator and to the Care Management portal.
Give family members the ability to monitor prescriptions and dosage to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
View the Care Calendar
Keep all parties informed about the scheduled care provided by your agency in a monthly or weekly view.
Review Care Logs and Shift Tasks
The users of the portal can review completed care logs as well as current shifts in real time, including task updates and voice commentary by the caregiver.
